We can provide as much or as little support as you need, some of our clients prefer if we take care of everything, others simply need assistance with finding a venue or a destination management hotel or company recommendation.

Type of Events
Vietnam Royal Tourism has experience of running all types of events for as few as 10 to as many as 3000. Some of our more popular events include

■ AGMs/Board meetings/ Conferences - Whether it is a one day or multi-day event, held locally or internationally you are able to rely on our knowledge, our experience and our supplier relationships for assistance and advice so that your event is managed and run with utmost success.
■ Incentives - An effective way of motivating staff, we organise a great number of these, particularly for our clients needing to reward sales teams.
■ Gala dinners - A Gala dinner could be themed and styled in any number of ways and we can create just the right atmosphere from the lavishly to the simple elegance. We can organise the gala dinner as a stand-alone event or, more usually, incorporated into your main event.
■ Roadshows - We have good experience of organising repeat events to be held in different locations either all over the Vietnam or around Asia
■ Team building - Depending on what your aim is for your team building event we can create something active to exhilarate and motivate or something more cerebral to give the body a rest but get the mind racing!
